Refund & Transfer Policy
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the transfer request is submitted at least 3 days prior to the event.
How to Request a Transfer
Send an email to rsvp@kpsyouth.org with the following:

Subject Line: Admission Ticket Transfer Request

CC: The person you are transferring the ticket to
Required Information for the Recipient
Your email must include the following details about the person receiving the ticket:
Full Name: Legal first and last name
Phone Number: Active contact number
Email Address: Valid email address
Age: Current age
Gender: Gender identity
Pickleball Participation: Whether they will be participating in pickleball
Additional Information: Any other information requested in the general registration form
Note: Incomplete transfer requests may cause delays or be denied. Please ensure all required fields are included before submitting.
