Dev is the CEO of an investment and Accounting firm, Elev8. Through the firm, he works with individuals and businesses by providing a wide range of professional services, including tax preparation and filing, full-service bookkeeping, strategic financial reporting, portfolio analysis, financial advisory, wealth management, and mortgage brokerage.

Dev is dedicated to helping clients build strong financial foundations while delivering reliable and professional service.

In addition to his professional work, Dev also serves as the Secretary of KPS Youth. He joined the organization to give back to the community, stay connected to his roots, and help create opportunities for younger generations.

Within KPS Youth, he plays an important role in assisting with event planning, maintaining records, and supporting organizational operations. Through his involvement, Dev strives to strengthen community engagement while proudly representing his ghaam, Dingucha, and preserving the values and traditions connected to his heritage.
