Harsh Ashwin Patel

As Chairman of the KPS Youth Organization, my vision is to unite our samaj and create a strong foundation for the next generation to succeed together. Through years of experience in networking forums, leadership roles, and serving as Vice President at a leading hospitality revenue and sales company, I learned the importance of relationships, mentorship, and surrounding yourself with the right people. With the support and connections from our own samaj, I later built my own company, which showed me the true power of community and networking. That journey inspired me to create a platform where our youth can grow, connect, and help one another succeed. My goal is not only to share the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained, but also to understand each individual member’s ambitions, talents, and goals. I believe every connection within our samaj has the potential to open doors for someone else. By building genuine relationships and creating opportunities together, we can strengthen our community for generations to come. KPS Youth is more than an organization — it is a movement focused on leadership, unity, mentorship, and success. I want every member to feel inspired, supported, and proud to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we are building a stronger future for our samaj.
